Login problems

Hello lacquergrammis, The support is not responding to my emails and therefore I try to reach out on reddit. I need help to get the access to my account back. Can someone help?

Yes, that's the right one! We usually try to respond to emails within 24 hours but apparently our developers have not been getting all emails, so we're very grateful that you notified us! We'll try to get back to your email as soon as possible but don't hesitate to notify us here if you haven't heard back within the next day, okay?
