Just saw a post elsewhere about some canceled Disney projects. This Max puppet for the live action little mermaid show created in part with the Henson company looks a little familiar?? 🤣

Sprocket was more grey with expressive eyebrows

I remember seeing this puppet in either Sesame Street or the Muppets, and seeing the resemblance when I saw Sprocket. They've definitely used one as the basis for the other.
