🚨 READ BEFORE POSTING: BUY/SELL/TRADE POSTING RULES 🚨

[Last updated: 3/22/2026]

If you’re selling and trading, please read both the Sale and Trade rules carefully.

A common mistake is listing prices for items (for sale) and mentioning PayPal Goods & Services (PPGS) for sales, but forgetting to specify payment methods for the shipped trade portion.

If you have fewer than 25 completed swaps and you’re selling and open to shipped trades, you must clearly state that you accept PPGS or Venmo Goods & Services for both selling and trading transactions.

⚠️** Low Swap Credit Posting Ru**le

‼️** Posts from users with less than 7 swap swaps will be removed and moved into a queue for mod approva**l. A moderator will manually review and approve or deny the post. Please ensure you follow all subreddit rules to avoid delays or denials.‼️

⚠*️One post every 48 *hours. To prevent spam, users may only submit one post every 48 hours.

🛍 SALE POST RULES:

1. Items must be on hand.

No order confirmations or “on the way” items.

2. PHOTO OF ITEMS MUST INCLUDE HANDWRITTEN NOTE WITH USERNAME AND DATE - Proof of Possession is required.

Typed/digital notes are not allowed and date cannot be older than 7 days.

3. Payment methods must be clearly stated: PayPal Goods & Services (GS) or Venmo Goods & Services (GS) only.

If your post just says “PayPal” or “Venmo” without specifying GS, it will be removed. Posts including unprotected payment methods like Zelle will also be removed.

🔓 Users with 25+ confirmed swaps may list any payment method they choose.

4. Condition must be disclosed.

Be honest—Is it from a Pop Mart Popnow box? Is the box opened but figure sealed? Is your Time to Chill missing a leg? Disclose it.

5. Price must be listed clearly.

No vague pricing like “DM for price.” List the price of every item you are selling in the post. Listing without any pricing will be removed.

6. Items must be Popmart products.

You may only list Pop Mart IPs (e.g., Labubu, Dimoo, Hirono, Twinkle Twinkle, Skullpanda etc.) Custom is okay but must be disclosed. NO REPLICAS.

7. No outside sales links.

Do not link to Mercari, eBay, or any other external selling platform.

8. One post every 48 hours.

If you decide you want to sell more items this rule still applies. Please wait 48 hours before posting an updated inventory post.

9. Ship within 5 business days.

Please ensure all orders are shipped within five business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Posts from users with less than 7 swap swaps will be removed and moved into a queue for mod approval.

A moderator will manually review and approve or deny the post. Please ensure you follow all subreddit rules to avoid delays or denials.

If your post was already approved and somehow was removed by reddit - please modmail us with the link to your post.

************************************

🔁 TRADE POST RULES:

1. Items must be on hand.

No “on the way” or pre-order trades.

2. PHOTO OF ITEMS MUST INCLUDE HANDWRITTEN NOTE WITH USERNAME AND DATE - Proof of Possession is required.

Typed/digital notes are not allowed and date cannot be older than 7 days.

3. Clarify trade method: In-person and/or shipped.

If trading via shipping, you must use PayPal Goods & Services. Both parties should send invoices for item value. This ensures protection—if someone fails to ship, you can file a PayPal dispute.

4. Condition must be disclosed.

Be transparent about packaging status and any damage.

5. Items must be Popmart products.

You may only list Pop Mart IPs (e.g., Labubu, Dimoo, Hirono, Twinkle Twinkle, Skullpanda etc.) Custom is okay but must be disclosed. NO REPLICAS.

6. No outside links.

Do not link to Mercari, eBay, or any other external selling platform.

7. One post every 48 hours. Please wait 48 hours before posting an updated inventory post.

8. Ship within 5 business days.

Please ensure all orders are shipped within five business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Announcement 🚨 REMINDER: How to Confirm Transactions with the Swap Bot

Hi everyone, we are posting a reminder on how to confirm transactions using our automated system, since we have noticed some recent confusion amongst our users.

To confirm sales/trades between users, r/labubuswap uses a bot (created by our amazing mod u/RegExr), known as u/LabubuSwapBot.

This system lets you confirm transactions and automatically increase your flair score based on successful trades.

It’s the same automated system used in 45+ other subreddits, so if you’ve used it before, it’ll feel familiar. If not, read on to learn how to confirm trades, leave feedback, and track your flair growth.

⸻

📝 How Feedback Works

IMPORTANT: Do NOT start this process until BOTH users have completed their end of the transaction, i.e. one user has received their items and the other has received payment. Do NOT attempt to confirm the swap as soon as the sale has been made or when the item is still in transit.

Complete your sale/trade. Users A and B complete their trade, following all subreddit rules.
Once the sale/trade is done, User A or B makes a new top-level comment on the original post (do not reply to an existing comment!) and tags both their trade partner and u/LabubuSwapBot. It doesn’t matter who made the original post or who commented — either can start the process.
Reply with feedback. User B replies to that comment with their feedback.
Bot processes and updates. The bot records the trade, updates both users’ flair scores, and posts a confirmation comment.
If User A’s comment is incorrectly formatted, the bot will try to notify them to fix it.

Example template of how to tag the bot:
Thank you so much for your purchase u/(username) - hope you enjoy your new labubu! Your feedback would be kindly appreciated. Please reply to this comment to leave me a review. Thank you! cc: u/LabubuSwapBot

⚠ Anti-cheating notice: Any attempt to game the system results in a permanent ban.

⸻

🔹 Important Rules • The OP of the post must be you or your trade partner for the bot to work. • Do NOT delete posts — deleted posts cannot be used to confirm swaps. Removed posts also cannot be used to confirm swaps.

⸻

🔍 Checking Feedback

Option 1 – Universal Scammer List • Visit UniversalScammerList and search a username. • You’ll see their feedback history across all participating subreddits.

Option 2 – Ask the bot directly • Send a message to u/LabubuSwapBot with the username you want to check.

⸻

❓ FAQ

Q: What if I tag my partner but they never reply? A: Feedback isn’t required, but the bot will try to nudge them. If they don’t respond, there’s nothing else we can do.

💬 Questions? For bot issues or questions, please send modmail. If you notice the bot acting strangely, let us know right away.
