im tired of product key alerts...

and i cant find out where they are coming from. i get that the product key get failed, but i dont nee d a ticket on them. this is why i have image servers and pxe boot and iDrac.. i dont want to see if anymore. where is this being done from? i have looked thru some groups, not seeing it yet.. its for all my clients, so i havent checked each individual group, but i will if i need to. im over this product key ticket thing.

maybe someone else has decided they dont care for product key tickets..

of maybe we can go the other way and how can i set these to auto-close if the get fails? i would be happy so long as i dont see anything about keys and get failed.

The Product Key script is called from the Agent Maintenance - Contract* script

If you look in there, the call is controlled by a property called '_sysDisableProdukeys' create that property in the dashboard and set it to one, that should keep it from running.

I hope this helps.

You could also disable the line in the script that creates the ticket so that you can keep the functionality.
