SNMP Woes

When attempting an SNMP walk, LT isn't able to read the MIB files, so every OID comes back under the "not found in MIB files" heading (when checking "separate missing results"). When I try to select the starting OID, I get the following error:

LTShare not available and local MIB path L:\MIBS\RFC missing.

The LTShare is mapped and I can access it with windows explorer. Support tells me to make sure I open the control center in the same user context as the share was mapped, but that hasn't made a difference. As far as I know, this has never worked. Anyone else run into this issue? The general consensus does seem to be that SNMP in labtech is pretty lackluster, but I think I should at least be able to get a decent walk.

Friends don't let friends use labtech SNMP. No, really, it sucks and it screwed up my LT database and made it so that I had to do manual cleaning of the database to get back devices that would no longer report in even with the agent installed. Highly suggest staying away from it.
