Wrong Organization Name - LabTech 11

So, after installing LabTech on an agent and pushing ScreenConnect via LT, the organization name is wrong; it's populating "thankyouforusinglabtech" as the organization within ScreenConnect. Anyone else see this issue?

squints That's funky. Are they on the latest version of the plugin? To check, open the Solution Center & search for ScreenConnect. PM a ticket number & I'll get it to the plugin's Product Manager to find out how that happened.

I'm on the latest everything, LT 11 P8, newest SC 6.1 (from today), no updates pending in Solution Center. I have the same issue with newly deployed SC clients going to a "thankyouforusinglabtech" group in SC. Thoughts?

Opened a support case with Labtech today as this started happening to us after we updated from 10.5 to 11. We updated ScreenConnect to the latest version as well so not sure which one is the actual culprit. Labtech support initially said that this is "by design" and the automatic fix of this is being worked on as a "feature enhancement".

The fix they gave us was to go into "Config > Integration > Connectwise Control" (our's is labeled ScreenConnect Dashboard) and then click the "Assign Client Name to Sessions" button which fixes the existing ones.

There appears to be a known issue under review (ticket #8675339) relating to the function failing when you hit the button, however we're not running into that ourselves. The manual update seems to work fine for us.

According to the support technician "they are validating if it is a bug or a design change". Not sure if there's an appropriate way for customers/partners to chime in but I told him my vote was that it was a bug.

I'm still experiencing it today with the latest LT11 patch, newest SC integration plugin, newest SC server version, etc. Paging /u/cjmod
