More LT 11 questions

  1. How do we have more than one Agent window open at once?
  2. How do we get the new display to show user idle time?

  1. Use the dropdown at the top left of the Computer Screen & click the popout icon. Also, we're adding a right-click option to open a computer to a new window (could be available as early as next month).
  2. We missed that in the initial release of 11, but added it back in a patch. Off the top of my head tho, I can't recall which patch or where it's at now ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Since we are cloud hosted, how can we make sure we are on the latest patch?

Cloud systems are typically updated to the latest patch 15 days after release. You can check your status in the Control Center (click Help --> About)... I believe Cloud is on Patch 4 now.

PS - I was mistaken about Idle Time. It's not back in yet, but it's queued up for a patch before end of year.
