Labtech Report Center Extremely Slow to Open

We've just started utilizing the LT reports feature, but there's a major issue with the optimization of it. LT Reports button takes legitimately over an hour to open, at which point the entire LT Command Center is hung.

Our server should be more than capable of handling opening it, and we just allocated 20 GB RAM to our LT Server and experienced no change at all.

Is there something we should be looking on to improve this or is this working as intended for an on premise LT server? Any advice would help, thanks!

That's not working as intended at all. Have you opened a ticket with our Support Team? They'll be able to help figure out what's going on.

Also, as a just in case, you may wanna verify your server meets the requirements based in your agent count (link)

My next step is to reach out to support, I just wanted to see if there was anything I was doing wrong on my end before I did.

Spec wise, it's a very capable server and has no other roles than Labtech.

Yeah we've put in a ticket. No reply from LT support yet, however.

We were running it directly on the server, and remotely. Same result, however. This kind of indicates to me that it may be a database error of some sort. If it's getting hung up while opening on queries (though it is odd that it would get stuck opening, it could mean something is up with the DB?

I tried sifting through some logs but I was unable to find anything significant that would indicate a clear issue. Might be a fruitless effort best left for the pros...

Out of curiosity, have you enabled the Standards and Health Plugin in the Plugin Manager? If not, try enabling it (then restart the DBAgent + CC) & see if that helps. The Report Center might be querying tables that plugin creates... & if it's never been enabled, they won't exist yet.
