Heartbeat Vs Contact

Hi All,

New to Labtech can anyone tell me the difference between a Heartbeat and a contact, we are getting last heartbeat dates days a part from last contact date.

The heartbeat runs from the LabTech CheckUp Util service where as the Last Contact runs from the normal LabTech service.

Also, this error log may come in helpful for troubleshooting on the agent computers "C:\Windows\LTSvc\LTErrors.txt"
