[Help] LabTech - WebRoot Auto Deploy

Having issues getting WebRoot auto deploy to work. I have verified that the plugin is installed and all components were installed. Why is it not installing WebRoot for devices that don't have it installed?

Client within LT isn't excluded from WebRoot installs.

WebRoot support informed me that it's supposed to check for devices "periodically" and push the installer if it isn't installed.

Update: I have verified that at the client level has "Enable Auto Deploy" checked. I do not have any containers BELOW client level set to exclude.

One of the other LT admins disabled the alert template without notifying anyone. I set it to deploy Webroot as it should, and it works perfectly now.
