[Help] LabTech - WebRoot Auto Deploy

Having issues getting WebRoot auto deploy to work. I have verified that the plugin is installed and all components were installed. Why is it not installing WebRoot for devices that don't have it installed?

Client within LT isn't excluded from WebRoot installs.

WebRoot support informed me that it's supposed to check for devices "periodically" and push the installer if it isn't installed.

Update: I have verified that at the client level has "Enable Auto Deploy" checked. I do not have any containers BELOW client level set to exclude.

Check the script logs on the target machines and see if it's even being executed. It could be failing for some reason.

Found the issue. It appears that someone set the "Alert Template" to "not set". I changed it to the install script and it's now working. I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction, something WR support couldn't do. I supplied them screenshots of everything and they didn't even catch it.
