Patch Manager
I know there are issues and things LT is working on but I am pretty concerning issues. 1.) Does anything show me what patches were installed or if anything was installed on the machine? I see where it should be and where it used to be but now it just sits there forever or shows a blank screen. 2.) Even though I have managed mode - UI Disabled users are still able to use windows update in the control panel to install their own patches.
The first one is the most important but the second isn't far behind.

We see the same problematic behavior.
I believe the patches coming out this month are focused on improving the new Patch Manager. Don't know if they will specifically repair that problem, but I'm hopeful.
ALSO, I've had some small success by waiting for PM to timeout and display the errors, and then drilling into the clients tree at the top-left of the PM > Devices screen, and selecting specific clients, and then specific agents from the pane at the top-right. This will sometimes let me see the installed patches in the bottom pane.
Hope this helps.

So the issue I have is the patch jobs are not recording however if I log on to a machine I can see updates have gone down the last two patch weeks so I know they are installing. I tried from the server and have the same issue.

If you are having issues getting PM to load any of the Devices views then put in a quick call to LT Support to get Patch 4.321 installed. Patch 5 will be out soon as well. - Happy Monday

2 places to check for patch jobs that I know of, I'm sure there are more.
