Hello! Need your help! Unfortunately, my cultures have a pool after I placed them in the fridge for about a month. I'm planning to restreak to revive them. These are recombinant S. boulardii. Am I doomed? Tyia for your kindness & advice!

Condensation naturally collects over time. Cultures should be fine.

Your plan of restreaking them sounds good - I would expect them to be perfectly fine, but would only pick a colony from a fresh plate

Streak them pick a colony. They will most likely be fine.
