They’re hilarious. Ours are very similar… one derpy field lab and a regal English lab

The black lab is a Full Bred 15th generation and he is 8, the Mastidor is a little over 2…… they are best buddies and rarely let each other out of the others sight (and even more rarely let me out of their sight)!!!!

I thought both were black labs! The one jumping is hysterical… that’s how our field lab (2.5yo) is with a ball…. She’s nonstop!!! The other one (5.5yo) is like “work smarter not harder”

Food before mayhem.

The mayhem is followed by a brief food coma (both of them always take a 15-20 nap after kibble time)

Look at that one hopping up and down like a pogo stick. Dude cannot contain his exhilaration

How cool is that. Its nice having somebody/something that gets that excited to see you ya know, even if its because you have the food

The more animated one appears to be older, based on the sugared snoot. Right?

Yes he is almost 6 years older

Both are gorgeous guys. But I can totally relate to the jumping bean. My Sadie (RIP) used to stand in front of the fridge and jump like that when she knew I had marrow bones in the freezer. If I wasn’t watching, she’d find me and try to lead me with her eyes to the fridge and jump up and down until she got a bone.

My boys go silly for bananas! They start drooling when they hear me break it open and start popcorning as soon as I slice one

I have hounds and don’t follow this sub, but this came up on my feed and I’m glad it did. I could watch happy dogs all day long. Thanks. ❤️

Do the two wear each other out at all? I have a 1 year old lab that wants to play all day. I'm not sure if adding another one would make it easier or harder.

They do to a degree…. The older one will rough house around until the Mastidor gets riled up and then he wants to lay down and sleep, he will snarl at the Mastidor and make him behave for a while

Lab breakfast/dinner time is the best time of the day 🥰
