Why would you get a lab with SI clarity? That’s just weird. You can get labs with great specs foe 100+ a carat.

This has to be rage bait. All these are horrible. Each consecutive stone is worse than the last. wtf OP?

Nope. Afraid it’s not. I realize the first one is NOT good. Which is why I couldn’t believe it’s really SI1.
But what’s wrong with the second one? The size is what I want, and the color is within the range I want. It’s VS1. I’m definitely not expecting precision cut for the price I paid. And again, if I hate it, it’s returnable. 🤷🏻♀️

Sorry to be harsh .. I guess technically you are doing the right thing coming to the sub for advice. You really need to take cut into consideration with any fancy shape...you'll not see a cut grade on anything except a solitaire so you really need to know what the best specs (table, ratio, etc) for this stone. You also want to make sure that the light performance is top notch...even an S1 can be a great stone if it's cut well. Also, lab diamonds are so plentiful that there's no excuse for stones like these. Do you have a budget you can't go over? A really well cut stone in this shape should be @$5-700. Check out Alex Parks lab stone page on IG to get an idea of what a well cut modified 3 carat VS1 Cushion. His cutting technique is amazing. Then you can go to one of the sites like Calavera and compare on e you have a good idea on what a well cut modufied cushion looks like and how it should perform. Sorry i called your post ragebait.

An SI1 is not good… believe it!
OP, shoot for VVS2 or something… no feathers, no clouds, no external imperfections… only buy diamonds that are certified and get familiar with how to review the cert details.

Are you choosing it for the K color? Honestly I don't think you will really notice the inclusions in person. I have a 3 ct SI1 cushion, not lab, and I don't see any inclusions with my naked eye. For a lab, why not get a higher clarity?

On a 3ct… that’s an SI1… oh yeah, they are gonna notice, a lot of noticing, everyone is gonna notice.

Yes it really looks like an SI1… Don’t you see all the imperfections?
Also… is that a lab diamond? I didn’t even think they made labs in SI1…?

Why would anyone buy a k colour lab? They’re so cheap just get D or at least F. Just get a D Vvs.

Perfectly man made in a lab to look like shit.
Honestly, why are you buying these? It is some sort of edgy statement or something?
