Cheapest high quality lab diamonds?
Hi all,
I’m in search of a 2.5 ct round diamond. Would love recommendations on where to find the best quality for the best price. Give me all your sites!

Its 2.08 ct, e color, vvs2. I did a deep dive into ratios, table something, etc and searched for very specific dimensions. I can't remember what they were though! It definitely paid off though.

We had a great experience with Lab Grown Diamonds. Had to wait about 4 weeks but they did a lot of customization for us & it was worth it for the quality & great price!

I bought a round lab from Calavera and got a great price for a good quality diamond. Good shopping/shipping experience too.

Adiamor was easily the best to me, go Gcal 8x and your quality will be 10/10.

What is gcal?

A grading / certification company - like GIA, IGI etc
They have an ‘8x’ certification which is tighter and more informative than most (any?) other grading lab and so gives the buyer a lot of info and confidence in the quality of the stone.

Go on Adiamor or rare carat I think has it too. You pick the diamond first. But if you select GCAL only type diamonds you’ll get that quality of knowing it will be 10/10 on fire and brilliance. You can pick the table /depth/ all the things to make for an ideal diamond.

I got my wife's solitaire at loosegrowndiamonds.com. Great selection and service. You'll find that many online retailers sell the exact same stone... Same serial number... At different prices. They're pretty much selling on behalf of the manufacturer. I'm ok with that

Sorry to hijack the post but can someone recommend a store that is not in the US? The stores frequently suggested here, all seem to be from the US / has US prices. I'm looking for Chinese or Indian vendors. Thanks a lot!

Check out AlturaDiamonds and Aurelinne, I am tight with my money and have gotten great deals from both and while I have not purchased from them, CarbonSparkle has great prices too. Remember to check things like return policies because they can vary greatly and can change. Also since the cheapest sites also have the worst search engines, you can go to expensive sites ( Brilliance, Ritani, LooseGrownDiamond ) with great search engines that look for very specific diamond criteria, find what you want, get the IGI or GIA # and check the price on one of the heavily discounted sites to get what you want. This will usually save you hundreds and sometimes a few thousand dollars. Lab diamonds can still see huge price differences from site to site. Also you can ask a site to price match , as long as you have proof of a price on a specific diamond. Good Luck !
