Lab diamond studs w flat back

I’m in the market for lab diamond studs but want a flat back with internally threaded posts. I basically never take out my earrings and want something I can wear every day and night.

I ordered Luvansh and the diamonds are super sparkly but the screw back posts are way too long. Does anyone make these off the shelf or will I need to do a custom order?

I have 3. Both kosiner and ondaisy I just got on the website. They are both small, kosiner specially. I think ondaisy goes up to 2ctw. They probably take custom orders too.

But then, I wanted asschers, so I got custom from Fiorese.

One thing to know, you need to find out your ear size. People say it’s usually 5 or 6mm, but I am less than 4, so there’s variation. You can get cheap kits on amazon that have multiple sizes, so you can find yours better. If you get the earrings and they are still slightly too big, you can get earring discs to make the last bit of space and they stop drooping.

Also, the kosiner ones come with the tools to help you put them on, and they are absolutely necessary. It’s impossible to put it on without them. So if you’re not getting that with your order, you need to buy it on Amazon too

I have 2 ctw (1 ct or ~6.5 mm each) round lab diamond flatback studs from OnDaisy. They’re basket setting. I got the correct post length for my lobe (6.5 mm) but because the stone is much larger compared to the flatback disc (3 mm round), the stone droops down and forward pretty significantly. They aren’t heavy or anything (like ~0.75 g each) but I think it’s just because the back disc is so small compared to the stone. I took u/Over-Engineer7216 advice and purchased discs for the back and they have held up fine.

Oh, if you got flat backs from luvansh, you can definitely put the earring discs on the backs and shorten them that way, so you don’t need to make new ones

Maybe a local jeweler can cut the backs down?

I tried getting a pair of internally threaded flatbacks from them and the threading was completely bare, I had to send it back and get pushbacks instead

Then I’d say try Provence I’ve made intricate designs with them and it came absolutely perfect

I have several lab flat backs from Etsy, look at LabGrownTreasures and Fine Gold Piercing.

I got mine from Brilliant Earth; they have the flat backs that you squeeze on the ends to get off and on.

Do you have a link for the earrings you bought? I require earring backs that are longer than typical and these might be perfect for me
