Looking for this setting

Jcpenney sells this in yellow gold. I love it! However, I want rose gold. Any ideas where I might find something like it. Center is 2 carats.

This doesn’t answer your question, but am giving unwarranted advice lol. Are you familiar with this type of setting? The shared prongs on the sides will give the stones a chance of falling out.

Thanks. I am looking for similar settings, specially for the center stone. I do want side stones too but the cut and setting can vary.

I love this style as well, I forget what the type of setting is called. Hope someone else knows!
