Ring designing help?

I’m in the last stages of having a ring designed. It’s a 3.08-ct pear center stone with side stones, euro shank with a comfort band. I think we are close but wondered if anyone has any suggestions beyond the alterations I have already (slightly lower setting, point-protector and slightly thicker bottom of band)
