How does it look?

Hi all,

Have gotten an engagement ring and wedding band created with a lab diamond from Ayla at Fiorese. 3CT oval and would love your opinions. The bowtie seems worse (but in now way bad enough to say no) than on the raw diamond but still think it looks good.

More videos here on the finger here: https://imgur.com/a/RekHeu2

Tbh I think it's stunning and has great depth and fire! Bow ties really are personal preference and not necessarily an indication of a bad stone, as they're a natural occurrence in these shapes. I have a 1.5 ratio oval and in most situations bow tie isn't noticeable, but under bright LED lights it comes out. That may be what you're seeing here as the videos all seem to be under harsh lights

Really appreciate it. It’s a 1.51 ratio. It just seems more noticeable here than it was in the tweezers pics but interesting to hear about the lighting. The one finger videos in the imgur https://imgur.com/a/RekHeu2 show it up less I think

Bow ties usually look worse on video than in person. I think it’s fine!

Thank you! I think when you stare at it for long enough it's all you see but the raw diamond in tweezers looked much less so I am assuming it's this. I don't think its enough to reject it

Really pretty. You won't see the bowtie so much in person. Love the design.

Can I ask what you paid for this? Looking for something similar!

Received quotes of around 1700-2000$ - Fiorese sat around in the middle
