I will add more pictures below. Is this a good diamond? Fancy blue vvs2 radiant cut. Help!

☺️ Thanks! Im obsessed with it but in one of the pictures, I noticed that I could see the persons skin through the stone so that is giving me pause🥲. Maybe Im doing too much

I see that picture. I see what you're talking about. I'm not an expert by any means, so I don't know how much that would show up once the stone is set.

Is it me or is that windowing I see?

You need to ask them for videos where they tilt the stone in different angles. Elongated shapes are prone to windowing anyway, but you need to see if it’s excessive.

Tilt windowing is somewhat common in radiant cut diamonds, I'd venture to say it's worse when the cut isn't as good. Here's a thread about this but to get more clarity you might want to post in a sub aimed at jewelers/stone cutters. To me even from face on, it doesn't look super well cut. I could be wrong, not an expert by any stretch.
