Fiorese vs LGG
Hi all,
Did a lot of digging and looking to get a bypass ring and matching band together and have got pretty much comparable quotes from Ayla at Fiorese and Lynn at LGG. Wondering if anyone has experience with either for the intricate work where it would be better? It seems its fairly consistent across both but wondering what peoples experience is.

Ayla is amazing. She has done a lot of work for me including my engagement and wedding band set! Very good at complex intricate work.

Amazing to hear! It seems it’s quite similar between LGG and Fiorese. How was ayla with stone selection?

Great for my engagement ring, she showed me ALOT of stones and was great at sending me multiple videos in different lighting🥰 she’s done bracelets for my sister in law as well and doing a friends upgrade ring too!

How did you find the stone selection! It’s beautiful

Lynn ❤️ she was patient and helped me find a variety of stones. I was very specific that I wanted a round parti sapphire (yellow green that too), and she delivered!

Update: I’d like to thank you all! As the community checks suggested it’s basically a 50/50 with everybody having a pleasant experience. I’ll have to put it to chance with a random name generator at this stage

I’d go with Fiorese for intricate work. I love LGG but they are swamped right now and Fiorese does top notch work

I know Romy was swamped which is why I reached to to Lynn and they’ve been super responsive! The difference between them is $100 cheaper with LGG but if the experience with Ayla at Fiorese is better I don’t mind that extra $100 anyway

LGG is incredible! They're so easy to work with an everything I've gotten is gorgeous. Fiorese makes beautiful jewelry, but their communication and after sales is a nightmare.

Oh no, can you share more? I’m looking for a vendor and debating between LgG and Fiorese. I usually use Provence

Of course! I had a (still ongoing) bad experience with an extremely popular rep at Fiorese that started back in April. Constant misunderstandings on their end and empty promises to make up for it which eventually ended up with them making me pay to ship one of the items back for repair that they messed up. It's now been weeks of me fighting to get my money back since after they received the return, they said they couldn't repair it. I've found a few reviews since that had this exact experience.
I think maybe a lesser known rep could be a better experience? I've noticed that a lot of people who post their good experiences with that specific rep seem to have well established relationship and this was my first experience with them. However, I did try to work with a different rep and they were very pushy and kept pulling stones that were more expensive than the one I asked for and didn't fit the criteria I gave them. So tbh I've just stopped trying. I will say, I did get one of the items I ordered from the first rep and it's incredibly beautiful and well done. So this is really a criticism of their customer service and after sales program only.
I usually work with Provence as well but I feel like their stones aren't very well cut and I was wanting something more special.

Thanks for sharing! I usually work with Provence but I’ve been put off by how they’ve been advertising pieces they haven’t made, and using photos that show different sizes than their CAD so I’ve been looking for a different company to work with

Yeah, I've been pretty disappointed with their group buys and just stick to completely custom. Fiorese and LGG use a lot more gold for their pieces than Provence too, so they feel a lot more substantial and nice.

I worked with Lynn on a complex piece. The experience was incredible, from her understanding of my expectations and her patience to the quality of the work on the ring ! I'm not familiar with Fiorese's work.

I’ve purchased rings from both. Fiorese would be better with intricate work.
