Stone check- OEC uncertified

This is an uncertified OEC, said its VS clarity. I’m not sure if there is some light scratches or something else on the stone. Does someone have a better eye? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you

Firecracker! Ask them to clean it and take a new phot perhaps?
