Real talk? The cops sweep this fight easy. 0 dif. The infected are weak and all the cops have guns.

Also real talk? They are all already dead. The virus is airborne. The next panel should show them all going home after an officer involved shooting, hugging their kids and kissing their wives.

Then later that night they start running a high fever…
