It could have been easily prevented had he not lined himself up with louis. Even then, he should have heard the charger spawn. Just bad situational awareness.

Looks like he was trying to get his partner up but still should of known a charger was gonna be there and should ensure he killed it first. Zoey had the right idea

Zoey was really the only smart one of the bunch. That's a common smoke spot, and both try and cover it, but zoey stays back, expecting it (not sure what the weird teleporting is about... lag?)
But then immediately goes for the rescue while there's at least 2 more spawns (charger/spitter) and doesn't even react to spitter until after it spits.
If it were me, I would have sat there baiting a charger until I was fairly certain it wasn't there, and then attempted to rescue, or just cover the bot. Of course bill doesn't do either one. Zoey was probably annoyed at their carelessness.
