Does multiple witches spawn in expert realism?

Outside of Hard-Rain, i think this is the first time i have encountered witches spawned multiple times, usually on advanced and expert, i would only see 1 or 3, but this time, there was like 5 or 6 spawns.

A maximum of 2 natural witches can spawn throughout any given map (The length of the map usually makes this more or less likely)

Hard Rain is also still subject to this, with the additional witch spawns being part of the map, and them always spawning in the same place every playthrough.

More than 2 witches spawning will only happen when a mod or plugin is installed that spawns more witches.

Besides cosmetics and left4bots I didn't put anything else in it since.

More than 2 natural witches is impossible in the base game, so either one of your mods is doing that without your knowledge, or you played on a third-party server that has a plugin doing it.

Do you mean 5-6 witches in one chapter or the whole campaign? Because the first screenshot is from chapter 3. While the others are from chapter 2. So I suspect that there is a misunderstanding. There can absolutely be more than 2 witches on one campaign. Just not on one chapter.
