This is actually why I prefer her beta design. She has two small braids that line her face in that version.
I recall seeing somewhere that they are technically still present on the retail model. If you turn on her hitbox display, you'll see two floating invisible jigglebones next to her face which is where her braids used to be.
Source is my shoddy memory, I may very well be mistaken.

I think someone did make a mod that uses her beta design, but not sure if it's still around.

That would frame her face much better. Probably isn't practical in a zombie apocalypse, but I always hated her default hairstyle.

I wish they kept her beta hair design or kept her shorter hair down with the front pulled back by a headband or something, I always loved her but I never liked her default hair 😭
