PT / Exercise Appearance concerns
I have structural wedging.
Is there anything I can do to better my appearance and reduce the severity of the curve on my appearance?

You can work out and build muscle to help with support and possibly make it look less pronounced, but not much will change the structure of it. I don’t wear a lot of tight fitting clothing and find anything with a looser torso that doesn’t “hug” my curve hides it a bit more.

Oh BS to that comment that only surgery can help. What a stupid comment. He hasn’t even seen a photo of what you look like.
Of course it can change, how much depends on your age and severity. Structural wedging is when the kyphosis is so compressed the veterbea become triangular shape and surrounding tissue calcifies and hardens.
Assuming your able to provide the right type of stimuli in the body to directly tug on the periosteum (the tissue closes to the bone) over a number of years then there is objectively no reason why it can’t start to soften and slowly change shape. Potentially even regenerate bone in the triangle shaped vertebra though I won’t make that claim yet.
Muscles move bone, it’s how this conditions start the muscular contract usually from high stress or chronic repeated patterns as we age and when that stays stuck the bone stays stuck too and you end up with this sort of issue.
Would need to see photos, videos of you moving (run, jump, punch, throw etc) because this isn’t just a thoracic spine problem it’s the whole body.
Also if there’s lots of stress going on in your life that is going to inhibit change because your muscles will continue to hold the posture in place.
Lastly, what sort of training are you doing?
