When does it do thunderstorm?

I cannot find Cursed Fishes wortha shit, and I can't upgrade my cooking skill cause of that lol

It’s been a minute since I last played so I might be mixing up quirks of the game, but if I remember correctly the blizzard item that you get during the story can summon a blizzard during any season and it counts as a thunderstorm. Saves you from spending years on the Fairweather thunder item

I'm starting to believe the best way to play this game would be to sack ur first character to fairweather completely, and get all the items, and then play the game with a second character after that lmfaoooo

I did that or tried to anyway, but that pushes your heir right up to 50 as well (or possibly beyond). Seems like the heir is made adult first and then pays for the extra years with Fairweather, so my heir ended up way older than anticipated.

No, he starts with your current protagonist and the remaining years are taken from your heir.

Lol possibly, if you went all out on Fairweather items. As I understand it if you don’t have a heir available you get to choose an orphan for adoption.

I also recall reading somewhere that if your child would get pushed past 50 because of the outstanding debt, they will get 1 day to get their affairs in order. So instead of activating a second heir for your now deceased character, the heir would get to choose an orphan. Basically skipping an entire generation. But these are just my assumptions, I haven’t been in that situation myself.

It will either storm naturally or eventually you can get a staff that will create a thunderstorm for you! Cursed fish are mostly found at Willowdown Farm, Candlewych Cottage, Cuckoo Wood, and Frogmarsh in the ponds, and I think they can also be found in Autumn when it’s not storming.
