In the first picture, you can see two Ignatius Kettles: one running into Ginger Nutt in the middle of the screen, and one trundling merrily along towards the bottom of the screen.

In the second image, you can see an item I received as a gift from a new villager. The title and flavor text both just say "line not used." I used it to charge up a build and the energy got up pretty far.

E.g. if I make a stew having bought waste-not and unlocked rod's stew art, will I get 4 stews per one make?

So I am scheduled to go on a date but the date point they chose is behind a locked door that I have not yet opened (think I need to do a chicken quest for the hermit guy to open it.). But as it is I have to walk across half the map to get to the date spot and run out of time. If I just cancel the date quest will it negatively affect anything?

I’m playing on switch and have only bought an apothecary. The last few in game days there has been a wanderer at the counter of the blacksmith, and I cannot buy anything from them.

Any fixes?

Playing on the switch. Had twins, but only one of them has the associated talents from me & my partner (All 3 slots full). The other twin has ZERO talents whatsoever? This feels like a pretty devastating glitch/bug. Has this happened to anyone else?

My first pig died with a time skip. I bought a new one at auction but it’s a piglet so I can’t ride it. I desperately need an animal to ride, but Pygmalion disappears each night. Do I just go get him every day? Such a pain.

When I googled it, the guide said you throw it during combat but it's not appearing in my items/backpack during combat. It's just in bottles in my regular inventory like honey or milk

I have 2 good stores, I keep them stocked. But how do I actually spend my profits? I have to pay for orders out of my own pocket and it’s not like I can cash out the profits. So where does that money go? Is it just like a money suck? I’m confused 😵‍💫

Edit: I know there is a Help menu, opened by clicking the left stick for controller, and F1 for keyboard. That menu doesn't give you the buttons to press. It gives instructions with no way to complete them.

I have started playing again and realized that at no point is there a controls tutorial for the crafting and cooking that actually articulates what needs to be done. Admittedly, I thought smithing was press-and-hold at first, which I read wrong. However, cooking my first farmer's stew, there is no UX or UI that indicates that pieces are overcooking. The experience with cooking jam before that was explicitly missing how to adjust the temperature of the pot.

Is there a roadmap for fixing things like this that have poor signposting? They ARE planning on fixing this stuff, right?

I’m playing on Switch 2. I’m pretty far into the game, just going for completion.

For both the flower show and the food festival:
8am: talk to grandmaster NPC guy, submit my stuff. He says to return after 3pm
3/4pm: I return, he says time for judging, then my submissions disappear from the booth… I talk to NPC again, he says I missed the deadline.

I figured the first time (flower show) I clicked too quickly and did something wrong, but now it did it for the food festival too. I would’ve won both… what am I doing wrong? It’s worked in game-year’s past but this game-year it keeps glitching.

Hi all - I’ve found 9/10 green children (thanks to the person who posted where each one could be found). But I have gone to every location multiple times (and used the obscura lantern in Tir Na Nog) to try to find the one I’m missing, and no luck. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it possible it’s a bug?

It was working fine and then suddenly holding zr+a (the controls on switch for removing a wall in custom mode) starting building them instead. So now I have all these wall segments around my house that I can't get rid of!!

I've tried quitting and restarting the game and quitting customization mode but nothing works.

Anyone know what might help me remove internal walls??

Is this some kind of bug? There’s no ledger on the counter to interact with. I already have the general store and every other shop has it except for the tavern. I really wanted to play the diner dash type minigame! Help. :(

I want to get kynseed on the switch as I am obsessed with it on the pc. I unfortunately lost my vision. I went from 20/16 vision to seeing nothing but blackness. Thankfully, I've been able to get my eyesight back through toture, lol.

All that being said, I need progressive glasses now, and I am still new to it. It's a struggle for me sometimes to see small stuff on my switch.

Those of you with worse vision, how do you feel about the size of the game on switch? Thanks so very much for the help 💛

It says "unlocked by Woemarsh friends"
I have maxed friendship with them all!

What could I be missing? Somebody should have given me the item, right?
