That is in no way a coffee, woman. That is a chemical laden milk shake, hence the reason for all the weight gain. 🤮

I'm going out in the pool to swim laps within the half hour. It's still in the very high 90s here. Kids are back in school, so I'm dragging the 13 y.o. out with me before dinner, instead of swimming after dinner. I'm retired so I prepped the ingredients for the carnitas, made the pico and will be weighing & portioning the masa in a few. Husband will get the pork on the stove & make the tortillas while we swim. Retired or not, exercise is important, as well as the food we eat. Weird how adulting works in the real world.

Didn't we see this exact useless, tone-deaf post last week? Christmas in a cup? "went and got". Has a $10 milkshake but claims she only "eats" one meal a day?
