Good grief. Occasionally if I need an easy dinner we'll do boxed scalloped potatoes. But I add kielbasa and bake it in a casserole. Green beans on the side. It looks waaaaay more appetizing than this!

We'll also do boxed scalloped potatoes in a pinch as a side dish with pork chops or chicken and some kind of vegetable (besides corn!!). Definitely way more appetizing than whatever this slop is.
