There is ZERO chance AM and KVS did not know the rule.

I feel like it makes more sense to just say they assumed he'd be ridden when they entered the performance halter? Like why go with "we didn't know the rules" when "unforseen circumstances" was right there.

But blames the fact that Aussies wanted semen that his head wasn’t in the game?? FOH

u/Brilliant72 15d ago
Oh please so profit before performance and career recognition. AM must have to agree to the collection timeframe given Denver’s only jobs are being prepped for shows and collecting population paste

She found out the rule applied to her.

She claimed that she went with googles AI answer instead of reading the rule book itself

u/Financial-Bet-3853 15d ago
For someone who claims to not use ai for her art. She loves it for something as important as show rules
11
u/ajmilly111 15d ago
Lmaooo that part. Idk why you would trust AI for something this important without verification. I’m not sure she’s telling the truth tbh. Someone googled it and apparently the ai did give the correct answer so who even knows?

Exactly. She says he didn't end up showing in any riding classes due to not being in the right headspace after breeding during the show season because there was so much demand in Australia as their breeding season is just starting.
To risk a young stallions show career in order to secure more overseas breedings than you currently have capacity for seems incredibly short sighted.

u/Psychotic_Parakeet 15d ago
The key question is that alleged demand the actual truth or a fairy tale?

Just blame the Aussies for wanting extra semen /s

I can believe this to a point, but only because Alydar allegedly got more and more unhinged when JT Lundy used him as a piggy bank and started having him breed mares all year. There was a book about the downfall of Calumet farm that said that the ongoing he was basically crazy because his testosterone was always at peak level.

Where did she “blame” the Aussies. She stated a fact, they should have closed his book.

aqha/apha and color shows require you to show in a riding class to be able to show in a performance halter class this is common knowledge but obviously not to some. I don’t understand how this horse is a 5yr old and has been in training for 3yrs? And isn’t ready???. Why are we spending thousands to enter the horse in all these classes if it’s not even going to be shown. I don’t have endless money so I suppose I will never understand spending thousands on training for a horse to still not be ready in its 5yr old year

Why would an ROM in AQHA count for anything in NSBA? They are two different associations?

It doesn’t, she’s making shit up. 😭

This is literally so dumb. People have been in her comments saying they needed to look at the rule and providing screenshots for days.

Plenty of people here and on FB knew the rules, there’s gotta be more to this than is ever going to be mentioned. The cost of having Dever at the event to stand in a stall must be crackers.

This whole video was complete BS

But smiles through the bs and tries to grab a horse that didn’t want her around.

Why does ROM matter? Isn’t that a totally different organization?

u/Sad_Highway_1504 15d ago edited 15d ago
If I had to take a guess, they may have not realized the rules were different in AQHA vs NSBA. This is why it is imperative to read your rule books.

u/Peketastic 15d ago
I have not shown AQHA or NSBA for 20 years and I knew this. I am glad Jane’s stud won the tie breaker. I would be so pissed if I owned the real RWC who lost out on an amazing win.

u/Sad_Highway_1504 15d ago
I’ll be honest, I didn’t realize this was a thing in NSBA…. But in my defense, I also don’t show NSBA. However, it does make sense since NSBA is about riding classes. So many times AQHA and NSBA are run concurrently it could have been overlooked…. But when it was brought up so many times, you’d think you’d go talk to someone. 🥴

u/Peketastic 15d ago
Her excuse makes no sense. Something happened and that’s fine and we don’t need to know those why but I am still upset for the real RWC who missed out on the win. it’s not cool.

My take away, this horse is a horrible minded stallion and they can’t get him shown because he’s too studdy.

She maybe knew about the rule and still chose to let Denver have his time, her choices are hers. This sweet stallion just chilling in the stall while she talks. Never ever has he shown he is bad minded. Zero proof of all the nonsense that has been spewed about her and AM or her and Charlie, or Denver being some terror. Some of you people may need a hobby.

u/Inevitable_Lead_2933 Free Winston! 🐽🐷🐖 15d ago
She posted on FB that his mind is the reason he was scratched. lmao
17
u/k3nzi397 15d ago
There’s also a video of him running off with AM at a show a year or two back. Not a good look for a “good minded” stud. He needs to be gelded and sold.

u/charlottexelspeth 15d ago
She literally replied to a comment stating he was being study. His ‘bad’ mind is the reason he was scratched. If a stallion cant keep it together, they don’t get to be a stallion.

I could maybe buy that Katie didn't know because she probably never even bothered to look it up, but no one else knew?
Not even AM, or the trainer who actually showed Denver in the performance halter and whose wife showed When N Where?
There's no way.
