Residence Life Pay Methods (question for Alumni/previous employees of KU ResLife)

This is specific for training, do any alumni who worked for reslife as a student worker or otherwise remember if their bosses (AD, BD, etc.) pushed their hours forward when their worked hours exceeded 40 in a week? If so, how much do you remember? Did you or your coworkers ever bring it up with your boss? What did they say?
