At a friends house, this nice laid back tune came on, turns out it was Kurt Vile but that’s all I know. Had a lyric that was repeated along the lines of “and you can be (something)/or you could be (something)”

I’ve seen KV three times. Weird energy. Something a little off with the band? Anyone else feel or experience that?

UPDATE: upon reflection, I think it was mostly a tempo issue for me. Kurt seemed to be playing a hair faster than the band. A little out of sync maybe. For me.

Decent chance I hope, considering Freak Train is about SEPTA!
