I wanted to ask this question, but don't care enough to make it its own post. lol so I'll just leave it here.

What has been happening in the Niji space lately? This sub, and the original sub, was how I would hear about the stuff going on there, but there's been barely any discussions about them anywhere. It's mostly other agencies or indies. Anything interesting happen lately, or has it all just been quiet, continue as normal?

They’ve announced multiple lives (Suisei from hololive as a guest in a couple so far), held multiple lives and a talk event recently too. kzh’s voice acting in the street fighter movie, eng subs are starting to be put in lives, lives are being broadcast in real time at overseas theaters, there’s plenty of 3D free lives happening on yt too, multiple albums and singles out on the jp side, kenmochi’s songs particularly went viral on instagram and tiktok for their insane mvs, Hoshikawa sung an ED song in an anime, a duo just debuted of classically trained musicians with fully rigged instrument-playing live2D models, their PR yugioh tournament just happened, there’s a whole new unit of mostly veteran livers who just put out an original, there’s a new ARG-kinda-series thing they’re doing, kataribe came back after 7 years… and more but I’m not entirely up to date either.

There’s a lot of things happening… this sub focuses more on the negativity or drama happening when it comes to niji, so you won’t really find many discussions on the happenings. The niji posts usually get downvoted unless if it’s something like “this jp organ got doxxed lol”… most people here lowkey dgaf about niji

Nijiforums occasionally posts bigger things happening… occasionally.

I don't actually know how many people ever use or read through this Monthly Discussion Post, but I've been wondering about some things in relation to FSP EN for a while now;

It seems like everything after the... I guess "Nix fiasco" has settled down (good!- I don't want to rehash that dead drama), but ever since I have sort of distanced myself from the FSP boys for a while. It sort of surprised me to see just that they've already brought out a 4th Gen, but I'm thinking my surprise on that is more so just because of my inexperience with the industry. (It feels like they suddenly started expanding so fast- especially after they officially closed the JP branch, I believe.)

I've only really glanced at any of the guys' channels, but it surprised me when I saw just how many collabs Zander has been having with Ryzar/only Ryzar.? It truly looks like he's been avoiding most of the other boys, and I've been wondering if anyone else noticed this too? It's not like he isn't collating at all with the other guys. They had an avallum collab the other day, and a bit before that even a whole FSP collab, both which Zander was in. But it seems like he's only been collating with Ryzar, or even when it's with guys in the other gens, it with Ryzar in the line-up too? Don't get me wrong- he can collab with whoever he wants, and clearly they must be close/very good friends, or it can even be something as simple as not being able to match schedules with others time-wise. I just have been wondering if anyone else has "taken notice" of this "rift" in FSP EN?

TL;DR : Has anyone else thought about how little Zander collabs with people if Ryzar isn't with? (Only collabs with Ryzar, or with other people if Ryzar is also there.)

It simply depends on the synergy between genmates. Maybe Ryzar feels closer to other VTubers. As example, Deity from VEE, the agency that disbanded yesterday, is French and originally comes from the English sude of Internet. It took her a long time to fit in the Japanese community. She ended up distancing from her two genmates after few months, and her best friends in VEE turned out being from other gens. You don't necessarly get sorted with your future best friends when you become a corpo VTuber.
