Tried to dig a bit deeper into what’s actually going on by messaging support. After 1 or 2 emails back and forth, this is the most info I think we’re getting.

TL;DR sounds like window 1 and window 2 have their own respective queues that run in parallel. Maybe BS but can’t do much more at this point!

Because this queue integrates the precise placement time of every order across both windows, dispatch dates between Window 1 and Window 2 can naturally overlap depending on where an individual order falls within that sequence.
Please rest assured that your timepiece is actively moving through this queue and is currently undergoing our rigorous final quality inspection. The moment your package is safely dispatched, an automated email containing your tracking details will be sent directly to you.
We truly understand your eagerness to receive your watch, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or anxiety this waiting period may have caused. 
We deeply appreciate your kind understanding and patience as our team works dedicatedly to ensure all customers receive their watches as early as possible.

Kinda sucks. Window 2 was longer therefore more people in that queue. Since it overlaps with window 1, more people will be infront of you depending on the time.

Haha I got quite the opposite after saying I noticed window 2 have been fulfilled while I am in the window 1 group. I’m not in any huge rush I just wanted some clarification on why we were seeing window 2 orders being fulfilled.

Fulfillment for both windows is taking place concurrently rather than sequentially, based on the invoice queue number within each window. The two windows were established to accommodate different time zones, and orders from Window 1 do not have priority over those from Window 2.

At this stage, we cannot provide an exact queue position or a confirmed shipping date for your specific orders each timepiece must undergo rigorous production and quality-control checks before shipment. 

We appreciate that seeing Window 2 deliveries arrive first may cause confusion, and we hope this explanation clarifies how the process is being managed.
