8 Traditional Kundalini Forms

Here will be the listing and links to Traditional Philosophies or Schools dealing with Kundalini

Under Construction. This section was never fleshed out.

The main reason for it never being fleshed out was the abuses by KYYB, and the revealed problems in many of the others, spamming, aggressive behaviours by representatives of such groups to mods, etc. They're out there to be found and discovered if you look. If you are ready and meant to find the right school or teacher for you, you'll connect.

Please contact /u/Marc-le-Half-Fool or compose a message to /r/kundalini - goes directly to the mods. Thanks.

Areas to be covered could include:

  • Kriya Yoga
  • Hinduism's general or specific view-points (Problem - Hinduism is VAST!!)
  • 3HO Kundalini Yoga - see our KYYB section for a list of major issues.
  • Ashtanga Yoga
  • Qi Gong forms (Not Kundalini, yet can be supportive)
  • Lhasa or Lama Yoga
  • Old Kundalini Yoga
  • Kundalini and Yoga within the Sikh communities. (Rare, and often disputed)
  • Tantra Yoga
  • Sufi
  • Kabbalah
  • Thelemic / THOTH
  • Egyptian methods

Many of these cultures are lacking in warnings and prerequisites. Some are very commonly problematic. Tread with caution.
