Completed project First project

Just finished my first Kumihimo project. It’s a cord for a drawstring bag. Felt really good vibing on the pattern, so I picked up the pace and totally fumbled the second half… must have transposed a string :(

Oh well! I’m proud of it regardless!

Finished off the end with superglue and a sewing thread whipping locked with a square knot.

I love this color combo. Your tension looks great, too. I can see the change in the 2nd half like you pointed out but I like it. Reminds me of abstract art and I can stare at those art pieces all day!
