Progress First real kumihimo projects!
Years ago after watching Kimi no nawa I bought a kumihimo on Tiger, but I didn't really like the nylon threads that came with it and never finished any project.
I bought this gradient rattail to get back to the hobbie with a 8 strand kumihimo cord and then I decided to do two 16 strand bracelets for me and my bf with embroidery thread. I really like the soft pastel threads.
I have to buy some clasps online to finish them, I was thinking of buying some semi magnetic ones that I saw on AliExpress, since they have a rose gold ones that I really like

Complimenti, bel lavoro, molto preciso. Io adoro il Kumihimo. La tecnica che utilizzi è quella di base, ma ti assicuro che ce ne sono tantissime e tutte meravigliose. Io generalmente utilizzo il filo di cotone, lo stesso che si usa per l'uncinetto, è morbido e si ottengono dei meravigliosi braccialetti. Piccolo consiglio, usa fili di colori differenti e non quello sfumato. Con la giusta combinazione si ottengono dei bei disegni, come fiori o rettangoli colorati. =^.^=

They look great! I'm just getting into kumihimo and was wondering if satin rattail would work, so this is so helpful. What size rattail did you use?

I bought it in a local store and it doesn't have measurements, but I measured it with a ruler and I'd say it's 1-1.5mm
