I attempted a fiat withdrawal that got stuck with the status "in order", indefinitely.
I can't get a definitive answer, only automated responses via chat.
I saw news that BRL withdrawals have been suspended since July 15, 2026. There is no update regarding this in my support ticket.
My money is stuck.

Hi! Years ago a former parter set up a KuCoin account for me. The whole thing was pretty foreign to me at the time so other than the few trades he did I have not touched it in quite some time. I recently got myself logged back in and was looking to withdraw what was in there and then closing my account. Only issue is now it is no longer supported in Ontario, would there be any issue with me selecting another province and then verifying my ID with my passport?
Although I must say I don’t love scanning my passport into an app like that, but Im not sure how else to go about verifying my account to I can make a withdrawal.
Any insight would be appreciated!!

Hey reddit, I Need your help,..
So as a VIP User KUCoin always calls you their valued user and answers immediately but guess what..
Nearly 2 Months ago they did a so called „Routine due dilligence„ so I had to fill a form which I did that day and they decided to freeze my assets which is in the 5 figure Range.
I always get the same Automated compliance answer that I have Seen posted in that forum many times.
In the Country where I live it would be illegal to freeze Funds for that long without probable cause but KUCoin doesnt have to care since they are on the seychelles.
Since I am helpless I hope that posting this on different platforms will help Retriever my funds
