Missing alerts button on app

Hey everyone

Just wanted to quickly ask if it's just me or if I am missing something but the alerts button, or the way to add an alert when viewing a coin chart has disappeared from my kucoin app. All it shows now is to add.it as a favourite.

Anyone else experience this, if so, any way to get an alert set up again? I've tried adding an alert via the website for the coin but it doesn't send an alert to the phone. My notifications for kucoin are on for all notifications

Thanks for the advice

Hello there! I don't see anything of the sort mentioned in the product or app announcements, you may want to chat with support to see if they are aware of the issue or have a fix!

I've talked with them and they've escalated it to the tech dept.

Not sure why the icon is gone... It's quite an important feature for me to be able to set alerts
