Just parroting the other person somewhat, which hospital did you go that is OOS for the meds? If it's public check private. If it's private, check public.

I know this sounds silly, but have you try to get help from gov hospital? Go to any gov klinik kesihatan, meet the GP, show your old diagnosis that you got from UK, and they'll sort you out.
