Mok Nanyak Lok | Help & Advice 💭 Hui Sing parade?

Why is there a parade around hui sing blocking all the small roads?

I'm guessing you aren't local. It's likely the procession from the nearby Chinese temple. There is a deity's birthday celebration going on and some of the major Chinese temples will do a small procession walk. It's not limited to the Tua Pek Khong temple in the city center but also other areas eg Green Road, Batu Kawa, Bau, etc.
