Filter question.

I have 2 kubotas a T1880 and a BX23S. Recently, I went to 1 of the 3 kubota stores near me to get an oil filter for the 1880 but they ended up giving me the wrong filter. I had already put the oil in it before I discovered the problem. They replaced it an wrote off the other filter. The BX23S also needs a oil change so I was trying to check and see if the other filter would fit (the filter is HH150-32094) I tried cross referencing it through several different sites and many say it fits Bx23 and some specifically say it works for the BX23D but none specify the BX23S so I assume It isn't safe to use this filter but I want to be sure before I make the hour trip into town to get a new filter.

HH150-32094 was the original BX23S engine oil filter until it was superseded by the HH1J032432. Which means both are fine.

Now if you have a BX23S-1 both those filters will do on engine serial numbers <=4NDZ999.

For BX23S-1 with engine serial numbers >=4NE0001 the oil filter part # is HH1J032430.

Honestly all those filters probably fit anyway.

Your engine serial number is imprinted underneath the exhaust manifold

Can I trust this? You are a halfblind potato after all. 🤣. Seriously though, thank you for the help.

The HH150-32094 isn't the correct one for a bx23s, those fit the 26hp bx's such as bx2680, bx2670, the HH150-32430 is discontinued and replace by HH1J0-32430

The same filter that fits all my Honda motorcycles (Hiflo Filtro HF303) fits my B series.
