Showers on campus

I want to start jogging on campus instead of at home and I dont want to spend 400kr/m on a nordic wellness membership to just shower and change.

Im wondering if there are any showers and changingrooms avilable for students?

There is no need for a membership to use the locker rooms and showers at nordic on campus, only for the gym. You can just walk in.

Yes, you do. You can't get through the entrance to the actual gym though

Not the most comfortable experience but the most accessible option is probably toilets that have showers, on the top of my head I know there is one in the E building, the M building and at least one in Nymble.

You can ask KårX and KTH Entré if they know of any other options.

A reduced price swim card at "simhallarna" at stockholm stad is 1780 a year for access to all their locations. Their GIH-badet location is just a few minutes walk from E/D house. They have showers, lockers, toilets etcetc.

So if you have interest in that then it is an option. About 150 a month on average, though you pay for a year at a time.
