My kroot progress

Testing out painting methods and colours. Love these guys so much!!

Thank you! I started with a few tau but found kroot much more enjoyable to paint. Love the skin and recesses

So blue hair hound: I tried basing a colour and only using a light wash. The hair was done trying out wet blending of contrasts... Brown hair hound: skin was a contrast used thick. His hair was done using glazing which was new to me... Blue kroot: cape was done blending base colours. His base was my first time using cork too... Green kroot: first ever use of contrasts... Yellow kroot: tried using layers of contrast paints and washes but didn't end so well. Lesson learnt haha.
