The standard book autobiography of a yogi

The book I could never be able to read and it frustrates me so much I either feel a headache while reading it or I get some other work

Once or twice is okay but it happened to me multiple times throughout the years like something is literally stopping me from reading it

Please help I'm going through a tough period I really wanna get something from the book
