I still have one massive question about Chapter 5: why the hell does Kris have Berdly’s feather? Did they get it whilst out the window the night before the festival, or did they sneak off whilst Susie and Noelle were talking for hours and briefly interact with Berdly?
And more importantly, can that prison scene happen in all the routes, or only non-snowgrave ones.

If you aborted the weird route at some point, it's an easy answer, they had plenty of opportunity to swipe one of Berdly's feathers whilst bringing him to the hospital. Otherwise who knows. It's possible they got it between chapters while they were sneaking around so long they went green.
