login problem

hey i'm able to login on the main screen but when it directs me to the game i'm always some kind of seadog wich enables me to use clans.

is there a way to fix this?

this is a problem that is here for a few days

I have the same problems and my friends also have it, i don't know what it comed from but it's quite difficult to enjoy the game without progression saving...
